Order Processing & Fulfillment

Each item in our shop is made just for you at the time you place your order. Because we use a print-on-demand model, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods for U.S. orders:

  • Economy (4–8 business days) — Shipped via DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground

  • Standard (2–5 business days) — Also via DHL, available for an additional charge at checkout

These timeframes refer to transit time only, and do not include the fulfillment period as described above.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the item, season, and destination. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preferences.

However, we want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
